The 1969 holiday masterpiece finds the artist at the top of his game. Produced by longtime associate and friend Don Law, the Ray Price Christmas Album is filled with beautifully arranged renditions of holiday classics like his hit version of "Jingle Bells", Harry Simeone's standard "The Little Drummer Boy", and a wonderful reading of Johnny Marks' "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day". As a pioneer in gospel & spiritual music, the late artist reaches back to some of the finest carols ever recorded with his stunning versions of "O Little Town of Bethlehem", "O Come, All Ye Faithful" & "It Came Upon the Midnight Clear". Out of print for several years, this 2014 limited edition reissue was impeccably remastered by Joe Reagoso (Elvis Presley/Johnny Cash) and features the original LP artwork not seen in years.
