More Info:
The Locust has been throwing up in the face of conventional music since 1995, when the band formed from the pieces of San Diego hardcore stalwarts, Swing Kids and Struggle. The songs are fast - usually under a minute, atrociously ultra-violent and drenched in sci-fi noice, gruesome keyboards and herkey-jerky, bestial scream/sing voclas. They've been described as a car wreck with vocals. New Erections is the band's third album, and their 2nd release on ANTI- / Epitaph. This vinyl version is relased on the band's own Radio Surgery label.
