Excellent single disc compilation from the L.A. Power Popsters, one of the most successful girl bands of the '80s. Like the Go-Go's before them. The Bangles were inspired by the Punk and New Wave scene of the late '70s, performing songs that were rooted in '60s pop and '80s production. They wrote and co-wrote their own tracks as well as performing songs penned by Prince, Jules Shear and others.
