Joseph Williams is an acclaimed, popular solo artist who is also known for having been the lead vocalist for renowned pop/rock group Toto during the mid-to-late 1980 s. He remains friends with the band and has appeared on several Toto-related projects over the past two decades. Williams has recorded several solo albums, including such album releases as Two Of Us, Smiles and Tears, which featured Williams singing excellent cover versions of classic pop songs. This Fall marks Williams' return to creating original pop/rock songs, reminiscent of Toto's distinctive style. In fact, Williams co-wrote some of the new material with Toto members Steve Lukather, David Paich and Bobby Kimball. Williams also collaborates with top pop/rock producers, Jay Gruska and Richie Zito.
