Beginning with the Blasters in the '80s, and later with X and on his own, this guitarist has found a distinctive voice rooted in the power of traditional blues and country. Recorded over 2 nights at Austin's Continental Club, Interstate City is a 75+ minute document of the current live show offered by Dave and his ferocious band, the Guilty Men. The album offers several new songs, a couple of Blasters' past hits ("So Long Baby, Goodbye") and new versions of arrangements of songs from his solo albums ("Dry River").
