The jazz supergroup of Tyshawn Sorey on drums, saxophonist Steve Lehman and pianist Vijay Iyer is like a mini-AACM for the 21st Century. Each of the three players composes, drawing upon a wide range of international music, hip-hop, electronica, traditional and avant-jazz, and whatever he had for breakfast.
